Brett Saison

A mixed fermentation Saison using Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces yeasts. It was first fermented and aged in one of our oak Foeders, then aged in French oak red wine barrels for nearly a year. The yeast combination gives this dry Saison an earthy, spicy, and lightly funky flavor which is blanketed in warm notes of oak and vanilla.
