Oak-Aged Brett Saison on Pomegranates

Fermented in one of our oak foeders with mixed yeast cultures, including Brettanomyces, the different strains of yeast combine for a dry, complex ale with an oaky smoothness. It was then conditioned on 150 lbs of tart pomegranates for a flavor reminiscent of wine.
