Oak-Aged Brett Saison on Tart Cherry

A mixed culture fermentation with Brettanomyces and farmhouse yeasts, aged on oak, and then conditioned on tart cherries. Fruity esters and bright cherry in the aroma give way to a crisp ale with a hint of malty sweetness and the characteristic farmhouse funk. Finishes dry.
